¿Cuánto tarda en llegar mi pedido?
Normalmente preparamos los pedidos en 1–3 días hábiles (lunes a viernes). El tránsito suele tardar 7–20 días hábiles, dependiendo del país, la zona de entrega y la disponibilidad del transportista. En temporadas de alta demanda o destinos remotos, el tiempo puede extenderse ligeramente.
¿Qué método de envío utilizamos?
Trabajamos con transportistas internacionales como FedEx y UPS, además de mensajerías locales de entrega rápida cuando esto acelera la última milla. El sistema asigna la opción más conveniente según el destino, peso/volumen y valor del paquete.

I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

Let me tell you—this MaggieFrame Magnetic Hoop 5.1” is the Beyoncé of embroidery hoops. Elegant, powerful, and doesn’t tolerate nonsense. I used to fight with regular hoops like they owed me money. Not anymore.

However, for thick or irregular items, you may float the stabilizer underneath the bottom frame, which allows better control without stretching the material.
I feel like the magnetic frame is shifting slightly on the machine during high-stitch-count designs. How can I fix this?
This is rare due to the frame’s strong magnetic force. Check that your FUJA embroidery machine brackets are properly tightened and the correct bracket type is installed.
