¿Cuánto tarda en llegar mi pedido?
Normalmente preparamos los pedidos en 1–3 días hábiles (lunes a viernes). El tránsito suele tardar 7–20 días hábiles, dependiendo del país, la zona de entrega y la disponibilidad del transportista. En temporadas de alta demanda o destinos remotos, el tiempo puede extenderse ligeramente.
¿Qué método de envío utilizamos?
Trabajamos con transportistas internacionales como FedEx y UPS, además de mensajerías locales de entrega rápida cuando esto acelera la última milla. El sistema asigna la opción más conveniente según el destino, peso/volumen y valor del paquete.

I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

Let me tell you—this MaggieFrame Magnetic Hoop 5.1” is the Beyoncé of embroidery hoops. Elegant, powerful, and doesn’t tolerate nonsense. I used to fight with regular hoops like they owed me money. Not anymore.

When using this magnetic frame, should the stabilizer be placed inside the frame or floated outside of it?
Both methods work depending on fabric type. For most garments, it’s best to sandwich the stabilizer inside the MaggieFrame embroidery magnetic hoop along with the fabric for even tension and fewer registration issues. For thick or hard-to-hoop items, you can float the stabilizer under the bottom frame to avoid marks while still maintaining strong hold and alignment.
Besides my current machine brand, what other major industrial machine brands is this frame compatible with?
Compatibility depends on the brackets attached to the MaggieFrame. In addition to Zhengtai models like ZT1201 and ZT1202MC, proper brackets allow use with major brands such as Ricoma, Tajima, Barudan, and Melco industrial embroidery machines. Always confirm bracket selection before ordering to ensure precise fit and consistent hooping performance across different models.
I mainly embroider polo logos. How do I choose between different hoop sizes?
For polo logos, a 5-inch embroidery magnetic hoop is the most commonly preferred size for tight, neat stitching areas. However, a 7-inch hoop gives you flexibility for designs that include larger or stacked text. Choosing the right size helps ensure the MaggieFrame hoop delivers balanced tension and faster production without fabric puckering or slippage.
I feel like the magnetic frame is shifting slightly on the machine during high-stitch-count designs. How can I fix this?
Although rare due to its strong magnets, minor shifting can occur if the MaggieFrame brackets are loose or stabilizer choice is unsuitable. Ensure all bracket screws on your Zhengtai embroidery machine are fully tightened. For dense designs or slippery material, try adding a layer of non-slip stabilizer or shelf liner to improve grip and maintain embroidery precision throughout the run.
