Before you place the order, please confirm the Hoop Length and Hoop Brackets we listed is the same as your current hoop or fit your embroidery machine.

We ship to all locations on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.

How do I return items?
MaggieFrame is happy to accept returns on all merchandise within 14 days of receipt. The return freight and custom fees are not refundable. And MaggieFrame cannot accept returns on used or damaged items. For additional information, please see our returns policy.
How do I use a coupon code?
If you have a coupon code, add all of your glam products to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process. There will be a box to enter your code, then just click” apply”. What is the correct procedure for hooping fabric with this magnetic frame?
Place the bottom part of the MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery frame onto your hooping station or flat surface, then lay the fabric and stabilizer over it smoothly. Finally, align and snap the top frame on. The magnets do the work—no need to press or force. This quick process ensures even tension and protects your KINGJET embroidery machine’s stitching quality.
My needle hit the edge of the frame. Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?
This usually happens if your machine software is set to a hoop size larger than the actual 9.5″ × 9.5″ (240 × 240 mm) embroidery area, or the design itself is digitized too large. Always choose the correct or smaller magnet hoop size in the KINGJET machine settings and run a trace test before starting. This ensures the needle path stays safely within the magnetic embroidery frame.
I feel like the magnetic frame is shifting slightly during high-stitch-count designs. How can I fix this?
While shifting is rare with the MaggieFrame magnet hoops, make sure your machine brackets are firmly tightened. Confirm you’re using proper stabilizer suited for your fabric. For extremely dense designs or slippery materials, place a thin non-slip liner between the frame and fabric. This improves grip stability and keeps your KINGJET embroidery work perfectly aligned.
