I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

Honestly, hooping with the standard hoops is what took the joy away from me with embroidery. Every time I would set out to create something, it became a stressful moment. Let me tell you—this MaggieFrame Magnetic Hoop 5.1” is the Beyoncé of embroidery hoops. Elegant, powerful, and doesn’t tolerate nonsense. I used to fight with regular hoops like they owed me money. Not anymore.
I just slap the fabric in, and BOOM—magnetized like it’s falling in love. No more fiddling with screws like a confused raccoon. It holds tighter than my grandma’s hugs and doesn’t let go until I say so.

Help! My needle hit the edge of the frame (a needle strike). Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?
This usually occurs for two reasons: you may have selected a larger hoop size than the actual embroidery area, or your design was digitized beyond the sewing field. Always choose the correct or smaller MaggieFrame embroidery hoop size in the Stitchero software and perform a trace test before stitching to prevent contact with the frame.
Can this magnetic frame effectively reduce or eliminate 'hoop burn' on delicate fabrics like velvet or leather?
Yes. The MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery hoops apply consistent, even pressure on the fabric surface without pinching or squeezing, which helps eliminate hoop burn marks. When using this magnetic frame, should the stabilizer be placed inside the frame or 'floated' outside of it?
