Before you place the order, please confirm the Hoop Length and Hoop Brackets we listed is the same as your current hoop or fit your embroidery machine.

We ship to all locations on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.

How do I return items?
MaggieFrame is happy to accept returns on all merchandise within 14 days of receipt. The return freight and custom fees are not refundable. And MaggieFrame cannot accept returns on used or damaged items. For additional information, please see our returns policy.
How do I use a coupon code?
If you have a coupon code, add all of your glam products to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process. There will be a box to enter your code, then just click” apply”. This is very rare given the strong magnetic force of the MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery hoop. First, ensure your DMP brackets are correctly tightened to the frame. Double-check that you’re using a suitable stabilizer under the fabric. For dense or slippery designs, adding a thin non-slip layer between the fabric and hoop increases grip and prevents movement during long embroidery runs.
Are the top and bottom parts of the magnetic frame symmetrical, or do they have a specific orientation?
The MaggieFrame magnetic hoop features uniquely shaped top and bottom frames designed to fit together precisely, ensuring perfect alignment during hooping. Both sides contain magnets and must be placed in the correct direction for ideal balance and holding power. This design guarantees consistent hooping results on all compatible DMP embroidery machines.
Will such strong magnets interfere with the electronic components or computer of my embroidery machine?
