I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

Let me tell you—this MaggieFrame Magnetic Hoop 5.1” is the Beyoncé of embroidery hoops. Elegant, powerful, and doesn’t tolerate nonsense. I used to fight with regular hoops like they owed me money. Not anymore.

These magnetic frames are designed for industrial embroidery applications and are not toys. Always store the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop snapped together and out of reach of children. The magnets are strong enough to cause pinching injuries or damage electronics. In any home studio, ensure it’s kept in a safe place or storage cabinet after use.
The magnets on this frame are very strong. How can I handle it safely?
When using the MaggieFrame embroidery magnetic hoop for KAIZEN machines, keep fingers clear of the joining zone to avoid pinching. Slide the top frame sideways instead of pulling it straight up to separate the halves. People with pacemakers or those using sensitive electronics should maintain distance while handling the magnet hoop.
