I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

Let me tell you—this MaggieFrame Magnetic Hoop 5.1” is the Beyoncé of embroidery hoops. Elegant, powerful, and doesn’t tolerate nonsense. I used to fight with regular hoops like they owed me money. Not anymore.

Help! My needle hit the edge of the frame (a needle strike). Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?

Always select the correct or slightly smaller hoop size and use the trace function before embroidery to confirm alignment and prevent strikes.
