I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

Let me tell you—this MaggieFrame Magnetic Hoop 5.1” is the Beyoncé of embroidery hoops. Elegant, powerful, and doesn’t tolerate nonsense. I used to fight with regular hoops like they owed me money. Not anymore.

Why is my fabric puckering in the center during embroidery, even though I hooped it tightly with the magnetic frame?
Fabric puckering with the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop for HEATHROW machines usually results from a stabilizer mismatch rather than hooping tension. Always use the correct weight and type of stabilizer, such as a cut-away for knits or no-show mesh for lightweight fabrics. Avoid stretching the fabric when hooping to ensure smooth, flat embroidery results.
I feel like the magnetic frame is shifting slightly on the machine during high-stitch-count designs. How can I fix this?
This is rare due to MaggieFrame’s strong magnet design. Check that your HEATHROW bracket screws are tightened properly. Use the recommended stabilizer thickness for your design. For extremely dense stitching on slippery materials, you may add a small layer of non-slip liner between hoop and fabric to enhance grip and maintain hoop position.
Besides my current machine brand, what other major industrial machine brands is this frame compatible with?
Compatibility of the MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery hoop depends on the brackets you use.
