I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

What exactly is included in the box with this product?
Each MaggieFrame 6.5″ × 6.5″ (165 × 165 mm) embroidery magnetic hoop package includes one magnetic top frame, one flat bottom frame, one set of machine brackets (two arms) custom-fitted for your JULEE model, a small bag of screws, and an assembly tool. Help! My needle hit the edge of the frame. Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?
