I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

Let me tell you—this MaggieFrame Magnetic Hoop 5.1” is the Beyoncé of embroidery hoops. Elegant, powerful, and doesn’t tolerate nonsense. I used to fight with regular hoops like they owed me money. Not anymore.

If I have computers or USB drives near my embroidery station, could the strong magnets damage my electronic data?
It’s always good practice to keep strong magnets like those in the MaggieFrame embroidery magnetic hoop away from sensitive electronics and magnetic media. Avoid placing USB drives, cards, or external hard disks directly beside your hooping area. Keep personal devices at least 50 cm (about 20 inches) away to protect stored data and avoid signal interference.
What should I do if I notice the fabric slipping slightly during the embroidery process?
Occasional fabric slipping can occur if the stabilizer used is too soft or not suitable for dense stitching. Check that you’re using a proper stabilizer for your design and fabric type. If you work with very thick or slippery textiles, applying non-slip grip tape on the hoop surface can help. Also ensure the hoop size matches your embroidery area to prevent the fabric from shifting during sewing.
The magnets on this frame are very strong. What safety precautions should I take when handling it?
