I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

Let me tell you—this MaggieFrame Magnetic Hoop 5.1” is the Beyoncé of embroidery hoops. Elegant, powerful, and doesn’t tolerate nonsense. I used to fight with regular hoops like they owed me money. Not anymore.

The bracket connecting the frame to my machine seems a bit loose. How should I tighten it properly?

If they feel loose, gently use a screwdriver to secure the screws connecting the bracket to the hoop frame — not directly to the machine. If I hoop the fabric crooked by mistake, is it easy to reposition? Will it damage the fabric?
