I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

Let me tell you—this MaggieFrame Magnetic Hoop 5.1” is the Beyoncé of embroidery hoops. Elegant, powerful, and doesn’t tolerate nonsense. I used to fight with regular hoops like they owed me money. Not anymore.

What precautions should I take if I use this strong magnetic frame in an environment where children are present?
These MaggieFrame magnetic hoops for YunFu embroidery machines contain powerful industrial magnets that can cause severe pinching injuries if misused. They are not toys and should always be kept out of children's reach. Store the magnetic embroidery hoop securely snapped together when not in use to prevent accidental attraction to metal objects.
How well does this magnetic frame grip slippery fabrics like silk or nylon?
The MaggieFrame magnetic hoop maintains excellent grip even on delicate or slippery fabrics such as silk or nylon. Unlike traditional embroidery hoops that can cause slippage, its strong magnetic pressure distributes evenly, preventing fabric movement. For optimal results, continue using a stabilizer as you normally would with other machine embroidery hoops.
When using this magnetic frame, should the stabilizer be placed inside the frame or floated outside of it?
For most projects, the stabilizer should be sandwiched with the fabric inside the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop to provide even tension and clean stitching. However, for bulky or hard-to-hoop items, floating the stabilizer beneath the bottom frame is also effective. Both techniques work well with magnetic hoops embroidery setups, depending on garment type and thickness.
My needle hit the edge of the frame. Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?
This issue usually occurs when the selected hoop size in your embroidery software is larger than the actual MaggieFrame magnetic hoop or if the design itself exceeds the sewing area. Always select the correct or smaller hoop size for your YunFu embroidery machine and perform a trace test before stitching to avoid needle strikes and protect your frame.
