I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

The bracket connecting the frame to my machine seems a bit loose. How should I tighten it properly?
The brackets should be firmly hand-tightened to the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop. If you feel looseness, use a screwdriver to check and secure the screws connecting the bracket to the frame, not to the JINYU embroidery machine arm. Avoid over-tightening to protect both the hoop and the mounting points.
Should I buy a complete set of magnetic frames, or just the one size I use most often?
We suggest starting with the 6.5″ × 6.5″ (165 × 165 mm) MaggieFrame if that’s your most-used embroidery hoop size. Many JINYU machine owners later expand to a full set of magnetic hoops to cover diverse garment sizes, boosting versatility, workflow efficiency, and embroidery frame setup flexibility.
I feel like the magnetic frame is shifting slightly on the machine during high-stitch-count designs. How can I fix this?
This rarely occurs since the MaggieFrame provides strong magnetic grip. First, check that the machine brackets are fully secured and tightened. Second, confirm that the stabilizer type suits your fabric. For very dense designs on smooth material, add a thin non-slip layer between frame and fabric to improve grip stability on JINYU embroidery models.
