I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

Let me tell you—this MaggieFrame Magnetic Hoop 5.1” is the Beyoncé of embroidery hoops. Elegant, powerful, and doesn’t tolerate nonsense. I used to fight with regular hoops like they owed me money. Not anymore.
I just slap the fabric in, and BOOM—magnetized like it’s falling in love. No more fiddling with screws like a confused raccoon. It holds tighter than my grandma’s hugs and doesn’t let go until I say so.

I mainly embroider t‑shirt logos. Which frame size is the most appropriate for me?
For left‑chest logos or small embroidery designs, a 4″×4″ or 5″×5″ magnetic embroidery frame is ideal and provides excellent garment stability. Help! My needle hit the edge of the frame (a needle strike). Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?
