Before you place the order, please confirm the Hoop Length and Hoop Brackets we listed is the same as your current hoop or fit your embroidery machine.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders typically process within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) and transit time is typically 7-20 business days.

After your order has been successfully placed and your item shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. You can track your items on the carrier's official website. Or you can contact us directly for delivery information.

We ship to all locations on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.

How do I return items?
MaggieFrame is happy to accept returns on all merchandise within 14 days of receipt. The return freight and custom fees are not refundable. And MaggieFrame cannot accept returns on used or damaged items. For additional information, please see our returns policy.
How do I use a coupon code?
If you have a coupon code, add all of your glam products to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process. There will be a box to enter your code, then just click” apply”. Please note that only one promotion code can be entered for a given order from Sew Tech. Coupon codes cannot be used on orders already placed.

For very delicate silk or slippery materials, some users may choose to apply a thin painter’s tape layer on the embroidery frame surface, but in most cases, the hoop’s design keeps garments safe and stable during stitching.
How can I use the markings on this frame to ensure my design is perfectly centered on a T-shirt?
The MaggieFrame magnetic hoop includes reference lines to help achieve accurate design placement. Align the hoop’s center markings with your T-shirt’s pre-marked design center using a T-square or placement guide. Once aligned, the magnetic frame holds the fabric evenly, reducing misalignment and ensuring each embroidery design is centered and level on Galaxy machine models.
What should I do if I notice the fabric slipping slightly during the embroidery process?
