How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders typically process within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) and transit time is typically 7-20 business days.

How can I track my order?
After your order has been successfully placed and your item shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. You can track your items on the carrier's official website. Or you can contact us directly for delivery information.
Shipping Fee, Tax, and Duties

We ship to all locations on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.
Once your order arrives at its destination, you will be required to pay all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes for the location that you’re shipping to. For an estimate of taxes and duties on your purchase, please contact your local customs.
How do I return items?
MaggieFrame is happy to accept returns on all merchandise within 14 days of receipt. The return freight and custom fees are not refundable. And MaggieFrame cannot accept returns on used or damaged items. For additional information, please see our returns policy.
How do I use a coupon code?
If you have a coupon code, add all of your glam products to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process. There will be a box to enter your code, then just click” apply”. Please note that only one promotion code can be entered for a given order from Sew Tech. Coupon codes cannot be used on orders already placed.
What to do if your address is outside the shipping country?
If your country is not on our shipping list at checkout, please contact us before purchasing.

4. Because the 17in by 15.5in magnetic hoop is relatively large, it is not recommended to use it with hooping station kit.

It accommodates various hoop sizes such as 7.6″ × 2.7″ (195 × 70 mm) and 6″ × 8″ (150 × 200 mm), making it suitable for adult shirts, sleeves, bags, and other apparel pieces in multi-head setups.
How do I install and adjust the HoopTalent Hooping Station Kit?
The kit includes a Main Station and Sleeve Station with large and small adjustable fixtures. Secure the fixtures using the designated slots and check alignment before hooping. Adjust fixture distance to match your hoop size for the ZSK embroidery machine. This ensures even garment placement and avoids misalignment during stitching.
Can the HoopTalent Kit handle large magnetic hoops?
While the HoopTalent Hooping Station Kit fits multiple hoop sizes, it’s not recommended for hoops larger than 17″ × 15.5″ (432 × 394 mm). Larger hoops may not sit level on the base, leading to fabric shifting. For best results, use hoops from 5″ × 5″ to 7.7″ × 12.5″ (127 × 127 mm to 195 × 320 mm) for consistent hooping stability.
How should I maintain the HoopTalent Hooping Station Kit for long-term use?
Keep the HoopTalent Stations clean and free from lint or thread build-up. Wipe surfaces regularly to prevent residue from affecting hoop grip. Check all adjustable fixtures for secure tension and avoid over-tightening.
