The product is not what I expected . I will need to return them . In the box a sheet of paper advised that the correct frames would be sent . I still don’t have those . Please advise how I can return this item .

The hoop is fantastic; the magnets are very strong and hold perfectly. I’ve done several embroidery projects, and they all turned out flawless. Communication with customer service was also very quick—they are very patient and kind. I highly recommend buying these hoops; I can't wait to get the next one so I can have the whole set—they are incredibly convenient!

Great price/quality - simply the best
I purchased three magnetic hoops, and they all work perfectly and fit my Happy HCD-1501-40 beautifully. Since this embroidery machine is available in different versions, the metal brackets supplied with my initial order were too short. However, the customer service team was very helpful and sent me the correct brackets without any problems.
