How to Select the Hoop Length
Before you place the order, please confirm the hoop length we listed is the same as your current hoop or fit your embroidery machine.
Please measure your current hoop, example picture below: 
a. Measure the hoop length of your most commonly used hoop to choose a small or medium MaggieFrame hoop.
b. Measure the hoop length of your biggest hoop to choose a large or extra-large MaggieFrame hoop.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders typically process within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) and transit time is typically 7-20 business days.

We ship to all locations on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.

How do I return items?
MaggieFrame is happy to accept returns on all merchandise within 14 days of receipt. The return freight and custom fees are not refundable. And MaggieFrame cannot accept returns on used or damaged items. For additional information, please see our returns policy.
How do I use a coupon code?
If you have a coupon code, add all of your glam products to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process. There will be a box to enter your code, then just click” apply”. Please note that only one promotion code can be entered for a given order from Sew Tech. Coupon codes cannot be used on orders already placed.

The bracket connecting the frame to my machine seems a bit loose. How should I tighten it properly?
The brackets on the MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery hoop should be hand-tightened until snug. If they feel loose, use a screwdriver to gently tighten the screws connecting the bracket to the frame, not the HO Style machine. Avoid over-tightening, as excessive force may affect alignment or magnet performance.
Can this magnetic frame effectively reduce or eliminate hoop burn on delicate fabrics like velvet or leather?
Yes. The MaggieFrame magnetic hoop applies smooth, even pressure over the fabric surface instead of pinching like traditional embroidery hoops. This design greatly reduces friction marks and hoop burns, preserving the appearance of high-end or delicate materials such as velvet, silk, or leather during stitching.
Can I use this frame size to embroider small items like baby onesies or pet bandanas?
The 8.7″ × 5″ (220 × 130 mm) MaggieFrame magnetic hoop is better suited for medium embroidery areas on jackets, polos, or tote bags. For very small items, you can still use this size by floating the fabric on stabilizer inside the hoop to ensure proper alignment without stretching the fabric.
