FAQs

Does the size in the product title refer to the dimensions or the actual embroidery field?

The 6.5″ × 6.5″(165 × 165 mm) listed refers to the inner dimension of the MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery hoop. The actual stitchable area is slightly smaller—about 0.6″(15 mm) less—depending on your FUJA embroidery machine model. Always leave a small margin of about 0.3″(0.75 cm) to achieve neat, precise embroidery results.

If I switch all the stations on my multi-head machine to these magnetic frames, what is the potential increase in daily throughput?

Switching to MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery hoops on FUJA multi-head machines can dramatically boost productivity. Each hooping saves 30–60 seconds per head, so for a 6‑head system, this means significant time savings. Over a full shift, many embroidery shops report daily output increases of 15–25%, along with reduced operator fatigue.

Is this magnetic hoop heavier than the standard hoop? Will the extra weight add strain to my machine’s motor?

MaggieFrame magnetic frames are slightly heavier due to their embedded magnets, yet they are carefully engineered within FUJA embroidery machine tolerances. The additional weight is minimal and will not create strain or affect motor performance. Their balanced design maintains smooth motion during embroidery operations.

Will the magnetic strength weaken over time? What is the expected lifespan?

The magnetic embroidery hoops use high‑grade Neodymium magnets that maintain consistent holding force over decades. Under normal industrial use, their magnetic strength does not fade. This durability makes MaggieFrame a one‑time investment for consistent fabric tension and secure hooping throughout years of embroidery work.
