Before you place the order, please confirm the Hoop Length and Hoop Brackets we listed is the same as your current hoop or fit your embroidery machine.

We ship to all locations on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.

How do I return items?
MaggieFrame is happy to accept returns on all merchandise within 14 days of receipt. The return freight and custom fees are not refundable. And MaggieFrame cannot accept returns on used or damaged items. For additional information, please see our returns policy.
How do I use a coupon code?
If you have a coupon code, add all of your glam products to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process. There will be a box to enter your code, then just click” apply”. Please note that only one promotion code can be entered for a given order from Sew Tech. Coupon codes cannot be used on orders already placed.

This is a rare situation since MaggieFrame magnetic hoops feature strong magnets designed for stability. First, confirm that all FUTONG machine brackets are correctly installed and tightened. Second, ensure you are using proper stabilizer suited for dense stitching. For extra grip on slippery fabrics, place a thin non-slip liner between the garment and base plate to reduce micro-movement.
Will my FUTONG embroidery machine automatically recognize this hoop size, or do I need to set it manually?
Like most aftermarket hoops, the MaggieFrame 6″ × 8″ (150 × 200 mm) magnetic hoop does not auto-register its size. You’ll need to manually input the hoop dimensions in the FUTONG machine settings or software. Always confirm your embroidery design area stays within the recommended sewing field to avoid frame strikes or trimming errors.
The bracket connecting the magnetic frame to my FUTONG embroidery machine seems loose. How should I tighten it properly?
The brackets should be hand-tightened firmly but not over-torqued.
