Before you place the order, please confirm the Hoop Length and Hoop Brackets we listed is the same as your current hoop or fit your embroidery machine.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders typically process within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) and transit time is typically 7-20 business days.

After your order has been successfully placed and your item shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. You can track your items on the carrier's official website. Or you can contact us directly for delivery information.

We ship to all locations on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.

How do I return items?
MaggieFrame is happy to accept returns on all merchandise within 14 days of receipt. The return freight and custom fees are not refundable. And MaggieFrame cannot accept returns on used or damaged items. For additional information, please see our returns policy.
How do I use a coupon code?
If you have a coupon code, add all of your glam products to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process. There will be a box to enter your code, then just click” apply”. Please note that only one promotion code can be entered for a given order from Sew Tech. Coupon codes cannot be used on orders already placed.

Help! My needle hit the edge of the frame (a needle strike). Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?
This usually occurs for two reasons: you may have selected a larger hoop size than the actual embroidery area, or your design was digitized beyond the sewing field. Always choose the correct or smaller MaggieFrame embroidery hoop size in the Stitchero software and perform a trace test before stitching to prevent contact with the frame.
Can this magnetic frame effectively reduce or eliminate 'hoop burn' on delicate fabrics like velvet or leather?
Yes. The MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery hoops apply consistent, even pressure on the fabric surface without pinching or squeezing, which helps eliminate hoop burn marks. When using this magnetic frame, should the stabilizer be placed inside the frame or 'floated' outside of it?
