Avoid using your fingers or cloth for wiping, as tiny metal shards could cause injury or scratch the magnetic frame.

Each MaggieFrame magnetic hoop for Meistergram embroidery machine includes one main magnetic frame, one pair of brackets suited for your selected model, and a set of screws. The brackets must be attached manually, ensuring correct orientation for your machine type. Everything you need for installation is included in the packaging.
The magnets on this frame are very strong. What safety precautions should I take when handling it?
When using the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop, keep fingers away from the closing area to prevent pinching when the frames snap together. Always slide the top frame sideways rather than lifting it directly. People with pacemakers or sensitive electronics should keep them away from strong magnetic sources during use or storage.
I feel like the magnetic frame is shifting slightly on the machine during high-stitch-count designs. How can I fix this?
