I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

Let me tell you—this MaggieFrame Magnetic Hoop 5.1” is the Beyoncé of embroidery hoops. Elegant, powerful, and doesn’t tolerate nonsense. I used to fight with regular hoops like they owed me money. Not anymore.

The bracket connecting the frame to my machine seems a bit loose. How should I tighten it properly?
The brackets on the MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery hoop should be hand-tightened until snug. If they feel loose, use a screwdriver to gently tighten the screws connecting the bracket to the frame, not the HO Style machine. Avoid over-tightening, as excessive force may affect alignment or magnet performance.
Can this magnetic frame effectively reduce or eliminate hoop burn on delicate fabrics like velvet or leather?
Yes. The MaggieFrame magnetic hoop applies smooth, even pressure over the fabric surface instead of pinching like traditional embroidery hoops.
