I love the quality control and that they made sure before the order was sent that I was ordering the right hoop for my machine. Thanks for being excellent! Your hoops are so much better than your competitors!! The hoops can be turned because the brackets have the right holes, they have measurements on them, magnets are great, and they work as they should.

The 7.6”x2.7” Maggie Frame has been great, like ALL the hoops. I’ve used this one for multiple projects including sleeves and wreath sashes.
Maggie frames are very good unfortunately, it doesn’t allow full use of its size on my Ricoma EM1010. The design of the embroidery machine doesn’t allow to full use of the hoop.
Love the clamping but couldn’t embroidery with it because it bounced like crazy! What did I do wrong?
